Non-shrink grout

Non-shrink grout is a special high-strength cement material that doesn’t shrink when it hardens. It flows easily by itself (no need to vibrate), fills gaps perfectly, and stays strong forever. Made from cement, special sand, superplasticizers, expanding agents, and additives. It reaches very high strength (over 100 MPa), gains strength quickly, expands slightly to fill voids completely, and lasts a long time even in tough conditions.

Main uses:

  • Under heavy machines and equipment bases
  • Anchoring steel bolts and columns
  • Bridge bearings and precast connections
  • Filling structural gaps where perfect contact and no shrinkage are critical

Non-Shrink Grouting Application

Non shrink grouting for structural repair and reinforcement

In non-shrink grouts, the most important additives are PCE and Defoamer

  • PCE (Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer): The key ingredient for making the grout very fluid with very little water. This gives excellent flow, no separation, fast strength gain, and super high final strength. Essential for easy pouring and perfect filling without vibration.
  • Defoamer: Removes unwanted foam and air bubbles during mixing. Prevents holes, pinholes, or weak spots on the surface. Makes the grout denser, stronger, and smoother – very important for high-quality results.
