FAQ

1. What is an LED bathroom mirror?

An LED bathroom mirror is a wall-mounted mirror with built-in LED lighting. It provides clear illumination for everyday tasks such as makeup application, shaving, skincare, and grooming, while also adding a modern decorative element to the bathroom.

An LED bathroom mirror is a wall-mounted mirror with built-in LED lighting. It provides clear illumination for everyday tasks such as makeup application, shaving, skincare, and grooming, while also adding a modern decorative element to the bathroom.

A front-lit LED mirror directs light toward the user, making it more suitable for makeup, shaving, and detailed grooming. A backlit LED mirror projects light onto the wall behind the mirror, creating a soft ambient glow. A front-lit and backlit LED mirror combines both functions for brighter task lighting and a premium floating appearance.

Our LED mirrors are designed for a wide range of residential and commercial applications, including bathroom vanity areas, hotel bathrooms, apartments, commercial restrooms, hair salons, beauty studios, gyms, fitness centers, locker rooms, fitting rooms, and other interior projects.

Yes. We supply LED mirrors for home bathroom vanity upgrades as well as commercial projects such as hotels, serviced apartments, salons, gyms, retail spaces, and public restrooms. Product specifications can be adjusted according to the application, quantity, installation method, and local compliance requirements.

Selected models are available with high-CRI LED lighting, such as CRI 90 or above. Please refer to the product specification for the exact CRI rating of your selected model.

Our product range includes rectangular, round, oval, arched, framed, frameless, front-lit, backlit, and front-and-backlit LED mirrors. Selected models can be supplied with anti-fog, dimming, adjustable color temperature, touch sensors, motion sensors, shaver sockets, Bluetooth speakers, clocks, and other smart functions.

Yes. We can support private-label programs for qualified customers, including logo printing, laser marking, customized labels, carton artwork, user manuals, warranty cards, product stickers, and branded packaging.

For bathroom vanities, rectangular, round, oval, and arched LED mirrors are all popular choices. Front-lit or dual-lighting mirrors are especially suitable for grooming, shaving, makeup, and daily skincare because they provide more direct facial illumination.

Yes. Available lighting options may include front lighting, backlighting, dual lighting, LED strip density, brightness level, color temperature, CRI, dimming method, memory function, and independent lighting control. Final options depend on the selected mirror structure and electrical configuration.

Typical color temperature options include:

  • 3000K warm white for a soft, relaxing atmosphere

  • 4000K–4500K neutral white for balanced daily use

  • 6000K–6500K cool white for brighter grooming and makeup tasks

Please check the product page for the exact color-temperature range of each model.

Neutral white or daylight white is generally preferred for makeup because it provides a clearer and more natural view of skin tone and color. Many customers use 4000K–4500K for daily grooming and 6000K–6500K for detailed makeup application.

Yes. LED bathroom mirrors are commonly installed above bathroom vanities, washbasins, and double-sink cabinets. Make sure the wall is strong enough to support the mirror and that the electrical connection is installed according to local requirements.

Some models are plug-in, some are hardwired, and some are available with both options. Please check the selected model’s product specification before ordering.

Many hardwired LED mirrors can be connected to a wall switch. However, wall-switch operation, memory function, and touch-button behavior may vary by model. Please confirm whether your selected mirror supports wall-switch control.

Yes. We supply LED mirrors for hospitality, residential, retail, fitness, healthcare, and commercial bathroom projects. For project orders, we recommend confirming the installation drawings, electrical connection, mounting method, IP rating, certification needs, quantity schedule, and delivery plan before mass production.

Many rectangular LED mirror models can be designed for horizontal or vertical installation. However, mounting orientation depends on the light layout, anti-fog pad position, cable outlet, mounting brackets, and product structure. Please confirm the required installation orientation before production.

Yes. Depending on the model and target market, we can offer plug-in, hardwired, or project-specific electrical connection options. Please specify the required plug type, cable length, cable outlet position, wall-switch operation, and local installation requirement at the quotation stage.

Selected hardwired models can be connected to a wall switch. The wall-switch behavior, including whether the mirror returns to the previous light setting after power is restored, depends on the selected driver, touch-control system, and memory-function design. Please confirm this requirement before order placement.

This is available on selected dual-lighting models. Customers can choose between shared control or independent control for front and back lighting, subject to product design and electrical configuration. Independent control should be clearly confirmed during product development because it affects the touch-switch layout, wiring, driver selection, and cost.

MOQ depends on the mirror size, product design, electrical configuration, packaging requirement, certification requirement, and customization level. Standard models generally have a lower MOQ, while custom sizes, new molds, private-label cartons, special frames, or smart functions may require a higher MOQ.

Yes. Samples are available for qualified B2B customers. Sample orders allow buyers to evaluate mirror quality, lighting performance, color temperature, touch control, anti-fog function, mounting hardware, packaging, and overall suitability before bulk production.

Yes. For customized or project-specific orders, we recommend approving a pre-production sample before mass production. The approved sample can serve as the reference for product appearance, dimensions, functions, packaging, labeling, and quality expectations.

Lead time depends on order quantity, product complexity, material availability, customization level, certification status, packaging requirements, and production schedule. Standard products generally require less time than OEM, ODM, hotel, or construction-project orders. We will provide an estimated production schedule after final technical confirmation and deposit receipt.

Mixed-model orders may be possible depending on the product sizes, packaging dimensions, MOQ, production schedule, and container-loading plan. We can help prepare a loading estimate and recommend a practical model mix for distributors or project buyers.

Our quality-control process may include incoming material inspection, mirror-glass inspection, dimension checks, lighting tests, function tests, touch-sensor tests, anti-fog tests where applicable, aging tests, electrical safety checks, visual inspection, packaging inspection, and final random inspection before shipment.

Yes. Customers may arrange third-party inspection before shipment. We can cooperate with the agreed inspection procedure, including AQL standards, customer checklists, pre-shipment inspection, container-loading inspection, and factory audit requirements.

LED mirrors are packed with protective materials designed to reduce the risk of breakage during international transportation. Packaging options may include foam protection, corner protectors, honeycomb board, polyfoam, inner cartons, master cartons, pallets, and customized drop-test packaging, depending on mirror size and shipping method.

Yes. We can provide customized retail cartons, color boxes, private-label cartons, barcode labels, warning labels, installation instructions, warranty cards, and e-commerce packaging solutions. Artwork approval, printing MOQ, and packaging lead time should be confirmed before production.

Warranty terms depend on the product configuration and commercial agreement. For B2B programs, we can discuss spare-parts support for key electrical components such as LED drivers, touch sensors, LED strips, defogger pads, plugs, and mounting hardware. We recommend confirming the warranty period, claim process, replacement policy, and spare-parts ratio before the first bulk order.

If a quality issue occurs, customers should provide clear photos, videos, product labels, order information, and a description of the issue. Our technical and sales teams will review the case and propose an appropriate solution according to the agreed warranty policy, which may include troubleshooting support, spare parts, replacement units, credit, or another mutually agreed arrangement.

We can provide selected product photos, videos, specification sheets, installation instructions, and marketing materials to support distributor sales, retail listings, and project presentations.

Yes. Based on your sales channel, price positioning, target country, project type, and compliance requirements, we can recommend suitable standard models and customization options.
